Name: Jaral Rolos Race: Elf Age: 175, Appears to be 21 Eye Color: Blue-green Skin color: Lightly tanned Hair Color & style: Brown, long and braided. A few thin bangs hang in front of face. Weapon of choice: Double-edged Mythrill Scythe Height: 5'11" Weight: 170lb Description: Usually wears a simple outfit, made up of a blue buttoned-up vest, long sleeved red shirt underneath that, blue bracers, red sash around his waist, blue baggy pants, red tabi-style socks which sit over the end of the pant leg, and blue shoes. He has a blue hood and a red mask, but these aren't worn all the time. Wears a pendant depicting a silver dragon on it. However, he does have another outfit he may take to wearing soon. One more geared to fighting than stealth, it consists of chainmail Mythrill underneath the overclothes(which happen to be a blue shirt and pants, and a red sash around his waist), and boots of leather plated with some Mythrill overlays, spiked at the toe for use in climbing or fighting. Also wears a Mantle -- shoulder, upper torso, and neck guard with a cloak that flows out from under it, dark crimson in color. The armor of the mantle is made of the same silver-steel as the rest of his armored pieces. A silver-steel mask for his face is marked with two blue stripes, one trailing from each eye-hole down to the bottom of the mask in a jagged manner. He wears crimson gloves, over which he wears Mythrill arm guards(for these, since I don't know the name, the closest thing to them that I could use for description is a Samurai's arm-guard. It can be used as a buckler(with the benifit of still being able to use the hand to wield a weapon), and covers the forearm and the back of the hand.). He wears an armored skirt of the same Mythrill Silver-Steel found in all of the rest of the armor, but it bears a silver dragon on the buckle of it. Abilities: Jaral is a very capable fighter, having had years of time to study it. He is also a capable spell-caster, with an odd quirk of learning an opponent's attack if it was magical in nature. This is selective, though, as some magicians tend to learn or create some spells with odd effects that Jaral would want nothing to do with. He has some latent psionic abilities(such as Telekinesis), but he doesn't have use of this yet consciously, and won't until later. At the moment, he only uses it for his Boomerang Scythe move unconciously. Personality: Will work on this later. History: Born and raised in the elven city of Ratunill, Jaral's life was at first a peaceful one, filled with song and dance as his mother taught him how to play an Ocarina that his father left for him before he joined the Elvish Defenders. When Jaral turned thirty, he joined the Elvish Defenders himself, and began to learn to fight. His father took to teaching Jaral himself, and soon, Jaral was considered to be as skilled as any of the other elite warriors, but was kept with the standard infantry. When Jaral was 102, unknown troops marched toward Ratunill. The Defender Elite and the Defenders were sent to confront them and halt their advance. Unfortunately, the army plowed through the troupe of elves and ransacked the town, killing many and burning it to the ground. Almost the entire Defenders force was decimated, save Jaral and a few others. They chased the army down and massacred the troupe for the most part in rage. Only about a hundred were able to escape the twenty elven soldiers, and 14 of the soldiers were killed there. Jaral and the rest were proclaimed heroes for this, and were appointed to escort the hundred or so survivors of the city to a new location. The location was where Silvador stands now. When they arrived, there was already a monestary there, and a small village of Humans. The humans welcomed the elven survivors, and tended to their wounds as best they could. Jaral, heartbroken that his home was destroyed and frightened by what he had done to the soldiers at their camp, went into seclusion in the monestary, studying magic to stay busy. On his 150th birthday, he left the monestary, and took up buisness as a bounty hunter.
