Based on the design of the drop carriers of the Eve Wars, the MDC-HEC03 is essentially the exact same design, the only noteable difference being the far more efficient High-Energy Output systems developed on Mars that the ship uses. Mars Governor Milliardo Peacecraft gave the Preventers organization several of these ships as a gift to aid the group in its pursuit of peace. In the standard configuration, these ships can carry up to ten mobile suits. Due to its mission profile however, many of these carriers are used as troop and supply transports, though with the Venusian conflict and a return to mobile suit combat, more of these ships are finding their way back to their intended purpose. While well-suited for transport within the Earth Sphere, these unarmed transports would do quite poorly in inter-planetary deployments, simply being far too vulnerable to attack by rogue forces or enemy troops.
