Hey, Resi, this is probably going to sound rather odd, but then I am trying quite direly to keep a leash on my temper and keep my moderator/NS player stuff seperate from my fanfiction author/mecha designer stuff.

A friend pointed me to three items on your storefront website, particularly three of "your" designs:

Upon looking, it was blatantly apparent that those three images were editted from my Basilisk, Gryphon, and Trinity designs for the fanfiction "Gundam Wing: A New Era". Now, I KNOW you did not ask my permission as the original designer of those machines, or Chris Smith, aka "Mechmaster", the guy who built those CG models for me. While I am amused at the "it's a small world" factor that my A New Era mobile suit designs would find their way into Nationstates, I am also very upset at what amounts to theft of the design (and of Mechmaster's hard work.)

That said, I politely request that you remove those images and find something else for your storefront images. (Heck, build stuff in Doga!) I ask this not as a moderator, or even a Nationstates player, but as the co-author of the Gundam Wing: A New Era fanfic and the mechanical designer for that fic. (And also on Mechmaster's behalf, because I know he really doesn't like his artwork being stolen due to the massive amount of time and effort he puts into it.)

Business aside, I admit to being very curious how you stumbled on the original images of those units- dumb luck by Google or something, or do you actually read the fanfic? =)
