Technical and Historical Notes

Originally designed by OZ to replace the OZ-08MMS Cancer and the OZ-09MMS Pisces, the OZ-14MMS Aquarius would never make it into production during the Eve Wars when it became apparent that the conflicts would reach their conclusion in space, and the resources needed to build the aquatic suit were better used in production of the OZ-12SMS Taurus. The design was shelved for some twenty years before Josie Selvaggio's Earth Defense Organization would put the Aquarius into limited production to replace the sorely outdated Cancer and Pisces suits already in use within the fledgling organization. Resembling a stingray in submarine mode with its large fin-motif wing binders, the Aquarius boasted vast improvements in mobility and firepower over earlier OZ designs. Given their somewhat limited uses however, very few Aquarius units were built.
